The transfer, from the current platform in the Alt Penedès Logistics Estate of Subirats, has been caused by the need to modernise the installations in a top level industrial estate that is close to the main transport routes such as the A7 motorway, which simplifies goods movement in the distribution process.

The installations of 16,500 m2, belonging to Morgan Stanley RSI GMBH’s Spanish branch, are located in the Fons de L’Estacio Industrial Estate, Avda. del Alto Penedés, parcela 3, buildings 3 and 3B, in La Granada (Barcelona). The lease is for a period of 48 months, and Aguirre Newman have acted as agents.

The investments carried out in modernising the equipment and mechanical means have been approximately 500,000 euros.
